A native of Brooklyn, New York, Edward M. Timmins, D.O. serves as President of USA Medical Services. As a respected member of the local medical community, Dr. Timmins has operated a private practice specializing in General Surgery on Long Island since 1997.

Dr. Timmins holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathy Medicine in 1990 from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Timmins went on to complete his residency in General Surgery at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York.
